Margarita was born in Madrid. She started studying Business Administration in Fundación San Pablo CEU. She became a SLU student on the Madrid Campus in 1989, from which she received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1990. Prior to coming to SLU in January 2010as the Housing Coordinator, she ran her own business for 17 years.
