Group Flights

We have been trying to secure group flights from New York and Chicago for our students coming from the US.  However, for Spring 2012, we are finding that current internet offers are better than any group flight we can secure.  For this reason, we will not be organizing group flights for SP12. 
Instead, we encourage our students coming from the US to make reservation and purchase their tickets on their own taking the following into consideration:

• Move in date is Sunday,  January 8, 2012. In order to arrive on Sunday, you must purchase a flight that leaves the US on Saturday, January 7.
• Move out date is Thursday,  May 10, 2012
• We will have SLU Staff and Campus Ambassadors at T1 and T4 of the Madrid-Barajas Airport on January 8, 2012 to assist students upon arrival, from 7:30am to 6:00pm
• As soon as you have purchased your ticket, please fill out this Arrival Form
