Honoring MA’s in Spanish

SLU Madrid hosted its traditionally intimate commencement ceremony in honor of the four Masters in Spanish students who completed their degrees this summer: Nathan Burdick, Danielle Fagley, Megan Lawry, and Jacqueline Wright-Romero.

Paul Vita, the Academic Dean, presided over the ceremony, with Anne McCabe, Academic Division Chair of Languages and Literature and Spanish faculty, addressing the graduates and their family and friends.

SLU Madrid’s MA in Spanish is among the prestigious of its kind awarded by a U.S. university. It prepares its graduates to excel as teachers and scholars and positions them to face the challenges of the twenty-first century.
