Loyola Retreat in the North of Spain / March 5-7, 2010

Sign-up Deadline: Friday, February 26

Spend a weekend in the beautiful Basque countryside in the place where St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) spent his formative years. While visiting his birthplace (as well as St. Francis Xavier’s family castle in Javier), retreatants will have the opportunity to reflect upon the relevance of Ignatian values to their own lives and to the world in which we live. Don’t miss this incredible chance to explore both a beautiful region of Spain and your own spirituality.

Because the university subsidizes half of the total retreat cost, the price for students is only 90€, which includes bus transportation, lodging and great meals!

For more information, contact Gina Gailis (ggailis@slu.edu) or one of the other members of the Student Life staff in Padre Rubio Hall.
