Among other collaborations with orchestras and chamber ensembles are his performance of Rodrigo’s Aranjuez Concerto with the Orquesta Sinfónica Schola Camerata at the Auditorio Nacional de Música de Madrid and his performance of Semiesferas by Delfín Colomé with Sonor Ensemble.
He works regularly with Icelandic mezzo-soprano, Gudrún J. Ólafsdóttir and since 1997 he is part of the Roncesvalles Duo (violin and guitar) with his sister Elena Jáuregui. His interest in the role that music plays in society has led him to participate frequently in creative music projects with the aim of reaching broader audiences such as children in schools and nurseries as well as children and adolescents with long term illnesses in hospitals. Since 2001, he has been invited yearly to participate in educational projects organized by The Wigmore Hall (London). At present he is a professor of classical guitar at St. Louis University (Madrid Campus) and the coordinator of its Department of Music.
