During the fall academic term, the library is normally open according to the following schedule:

Please note:
- During the first week of the 2011 Spring Semester (Monday, January 10 – Friday, January 14), the library will be open 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Regular hours begin on Saturday, January 15.
- Friday, January 28, is a SLU-Madrid holiday. All University services will be closed except the library, which will be open from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm.
- On Monday, February 21, and Tuesday, February 22, the SLU-Madrid Campus will observe a Winter Break. No classes will be held, but all University services will be open, including the library, which will observe weekend hours, i.e. 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
- Because of “mid-terms,” the library will have extended hours on Saturday and Sunday, February 26 and 27, remaining open each day from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm.
- Friday, March 18, is a SLU-Madrid holiday. All University services will be closed, including the library.
- In observance of Holy Week, the library will be closed from Saturday, April 16, through Sunday, April 24.
- Beginning on Monday, May 2, the library will follow the following schedule:
