Tutorial Help Available for Spanish, Writing in English, and Math

Need help with your Spanish? Stuck on your homework? The Spanish Assistance Center can help. Open hours are Monday and Wednesday 4:45-7:15 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-6:00 pm. The Spanish Assistance Center is located in the entry area of Manresa Hall, outside the Office of the Registrar.

How about help with your English? Also located on the Manresa Hall ground floor is the English Writing Assistance Center, where the staff works with students on various aspects of the writing process, including how to begin an essay, edit work for grammatical or stylistic problems, improve structure, and strengthen claims and arguments. No appointment is necessary. Open hours are Monday and Wednesday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm.

Or help with Math? Tutors are available to meet with College Algebra and Calculus (all levels) class students in one of the Library 1st floor group study rooms according to the following schedule: Mondays, Noon – 1:00 pm & 2:00 – 3:00 pm; Tuesdays, 10:00 am – Noon & 3:00 – 4:00 pm; Wednesdays, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm; Thursdays, 11:00 am – Noon & 1:00 – 2:00 pm; and Fridays, 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
