Admissions Requirements and Application Procedure

Admissions Requirements

The University welcomes applications from students currently enrolled in other colleges and universities who wish to spend a semester or two with us in Madrid. Ours is without question the most complete study abroad program available in Spain. So we receive applications from students all across the world. As admission for visiting students is competitive, take note that we're looking for students with solid academic backgrounds interested in a serious and innovative study abroad experience. To be admitted on a visiting basis, you must complete the visiting student admission application form and ask your registrar´s office to forward us your official university transcript.

Application Procedure

  • Complete the online application.
  • Have official transcripts from your home university or college sent directly to the Saint Louis University-Madrid Campus. To facilitate processing, we ask that you provide certified English translation for all documents written in languages other than English or Spanish.

Note: Students should apply as early as possible as some sessions fill up before the posted deadline. Saint Louis University-Madrid Campus reserves the right to close the application process early if capacity is reached before the deadline.
