Deadline extensions may be granted. Contact the Office of Admissions (admissions@madrid.slu.edu) for further details.

Your official academic transcript must be postmarked by the application deadline in order to be considered for admission.

Submit two letters of recommendation (optional).

Once your application is complete, it will be reviewed by the Office of Admissions.  Should you be accepted, your admission is good for the semester or term you specify on your application.  Acceptance (not scholarships) may be deferred for up to one academic year with permission from your Admissions Counselor.

Saint Louis University – Madrid Campus may award transfer credits for courses taken at the university level in other accredited institutions.  Once you have been accepted, you may be asked to provide the Madrid Campus with detailed syllabi and course descriptions so that we can accurately evaluate your courses for transfer credit. The Madrid Campus may also award advance placement credit for AP, IB, CLEP, and SAT subject test scores. More information here.


NOTES ON APPLICATION DEADLINES

Non-European Union students should keep in mind that acquiring a student visa can take 2 to 3 months and the process can begin only after you have been admitted and have confirmed your acceptance.  Student Visa Information. More information about student visa.
