- Complete the on-line application for U.S. visiting students.
- Pay the on-line application fee of $45 (Missouri campus students are exempt from this fee). This fee is non-refundable, non-creditable and required for all visiting applicants to the University.
- Have one official transcript from your home university or college sent to Saint Louis University, Madrid Campus.
Your application will be processed after we receive all these documents.
If the admissions committee rules favorably on your application, the University will send you an official notice of admission. Your admission is good for the semester or term you specify on your application.
To confirm acceptance of your admission offer, you will need to forward the Confirmation of Acceptance form sent to you with your admission notification. You will also need to send a non-refundable deposit of U.S. $200.
Once you have been accepted, we'll send you the schedule of classes that gives you all the key information you need to plan your studies with us. Make sure to note the dates of the English-language orientation session, which you should make plans to attend. Additionally, you will receive the housing brochure and information about the processing of your student visa papers.
Note: Students should apply as early as possible as some sessions fill up long before the posted deadline. Saint Louis University, Madrid Campus reserves the right to close the application process early if capacity is reached before the deadline.
