Application Procedure
|
- Complete the online application for Non-U.S. students.
- Pay the online application fee of 30€ . We will not waive the application fee for any reason.
- Have official transcripts of all secondary school academic records and national examination results bearing the appropriate authorized signatures sent directly to Saint Louis University-Madrid Campus. To facilitate processing, we ask that you provide certified English translations for all documents written in a non-European Union language.
We prefer that you ask secondary school authorities to forward directly to the Madrid campus all academic documents under separate cover. In countries where this is not possible, we ask that you forward us a notarized (legalized) official copy of the documents. You should ask to have sent immediately those records that are currently available. If youre admitted, we'll ask you to have your school authorities send us a final and complete transcript at the end of the academic year.
- University entrance exam results. (See Admissions Requirements.)
If you choose to submit Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) scores, please contact the College Board to ask them to forward your scores to us. The Saint Louis University, Madrid Campus SAT code is 2586. Photocopies of your exam results are not acceptable.
If you submit GSCE, IGSCE, GCE "O"-level, "A"-level, or AICE exam marks, you must have your official results forwarded to us. If this is not possible, a notarized (legalized) copy will do. If you are completing the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, please ask the IB authorities to forward your scores to us.
- Because Saint Louis University in Madrid has an extensive ESL program, English proficiency is not a requirement for admission.
However, students whose native language in not English will have to provide evidence of their English level prior to the start of classes. To be exempt from taking compulsory English as a Second Language (ESL) courses, these students must meet one of the following standards:
