Your official academic transcript must be postmarked by the application deadline in order to be considered for admission.
NOTES ON APPLICATION DEADLINES:
Non-European Union students should keep in mind that acquiring a student visa can take 2 to 3 months, and the process can begin only after you have been admitted and have confirmed your acceptance.
