Admission Policy

The library facilities and services are normally limited to members of the SLU community. Visitors wishing to consult the library’s resources will need a letter of presentation addressed to the library director, explaining their reasons for wishing to use the library. They will also be asked to fill ot a formal request form. Once authorization is granted, the visitor will be granted reader privileges. Only exceptionally will loan privileges be extended or access to the university’s online electronic resources. Visitors may, however, make use of the library’s photocopy service.

• Photocopy Service hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  Orders placed after 5:30pm, on weekdays or holidays will be returned after 11:00am following workday.
  To order photocopies, ask for and fill out forms available from library office. Maximum number of pages copied per book is 35 and one article per journal.
