Character: Founded over 40 years ago, the Madrid Campus is a full campus of Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. A private, Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to teaching, research, health care and service to the community. Our campus in Spain was the first foreign university officially recognized by province higher education authorities.
Enrollment: Between 600 and 650 undergraduate and graduate students study at our Madrid campus during the academic year. Approximately 200 students study in Madrid during the second summer session, including 50 in the M.A. Spanish program.
Faculty: All faculty members in M.A. programs hold Ph.D.s and are approved members of the graduate faculty of Saint Louis University in SLU - St. Louis.
Facilities: The Madrid Campus, located in the city’s university area, is comprised of three buildings with classrooms, library, cafeteria and full-service multimedia labs.
