Women's studies is a field that integrates knowledge from a variety of perspectives to study the situations of women in different world cultures, inlcuding different ethnic groups within the United States, with a focus on today and with attention to the historical contributions of women in building nations and cultures.
An interdisciplinary team of faculty offer a variety of courses that may be cross-listed to count towards the Women’s Studies major or certificate offered by Saint Louis University.
