HIST-376 Medieval Spain: Christians, Jews and Moors

Curriculum: Fulfills humanities requirement for Business and Engineering; IAS Certificate elective
Description: Spain as a melting-pot. Study of 800 years of Jewish, Moorish and Christian occupancy in Spain. Focus on the way each of these civilizations contributed to the social, cultural and political formation of Spanish society, and analysis of the events which brought this era to an end.
