Course Objectives: The objective of the course is to improve your writing using more effective word choice, clearer organization and more sophisticated sentence structure.

Course Description: The course examines the techniques needed to score a 4.0 or higher on the TWE. The prompts used in class will be taken from real prompts used for the TWE.

Grading Policy: Since this is a Pass/Fail course, the passing grade is a 4.0 on the TWE. However, attendance and class participation are of major importance. More than three unexcused absences may result in an automatic “No Pass”.
