ENGL-190 Advanced Strategies of Rhetoric and Research

Prerequisite: ENGL-150 or departmental approval
Curriculum: Writing requirement for A&S, Business and Nursing
Description: The art of persuasion. How to research and write effective essays. Further development of the rhetorical skills of argumentation, with emphasis on analytical reading, critical thinking and techniques of research methodology, such as bibliographic searches and documentation styles.
