Description: A journey through Chile, Bolivia and Brazil. From the tropical forest to the glacial landscapes of the south, an intimate look at the unique ecology, biogeography, bio-history and environmental problematic of Latin America. Thematic units divided into the four main ecosystems, with special attention devoted to tropical ecosystems. Focus on the human component as part of the ecology, fauna and flora of Latin America, contrasting mankind's millenary co-existence with nature to modern society's impact on the environment.
