Description: The aesthetics of looking. An introduction to the visual arts in one of Europe’s most important art capitals. Study of the development of the art and architecture of the Renaissance, Neoclassicism and Modernism. Emphasis on the works of Giotto, Michelangelo, David, De la Croix, Cézanne, Matisse and Picasso. Supplementary visits to the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. (3 Credits)
